Refund policy
<h1>Cancellation Policy for Consumers</h1>
<p>You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.</p>
<p>The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of delivery.</p>
<h2 id="m3322">Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal</h2>
<ul>
<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.</li>

<h2><b>Consequences of Withdrawal</b></h2>
<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.</p>
<p>If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.</p>

<li>Please return the goods as a prepaid package to the specified return address and keep the proof of dispatch.</li>
<li>Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.</li>
<li>If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer in your possession, another suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for compensation due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.</li>
